Personal data

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and collects no browsing data. Emails sent to us are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then for the applicable limitation period. Client area and offer pages

Offer pages and the client area are served from maroquin.atlantique-logiciel.fr. Signing in sets a single, strictly necessary cookie: the session, valid for 30 days.

The sign-in email address and the date of each sign-in are kept for one year. A sign-in code is kept only as a hash, for ten minutes at most. Code requests are kept for 24 hours, to limit abuse. No IP address is kept.

The signatory of a quote may share it with a colleague: they enter the colleague’s name and email address, and the colleague receives an email with the link to the document. This name and address are used only to grant access. The issuer can withdraw it at any time.

The name and email address of the recipients of an offer are kept for three years after the last contact, or five years after the quote is signed.

Reading measurement on offer pages only takes place with the reader’s consent. It can be withdrawn at any time and is erased on 31/12/2026.

Hosting: Cloudflare, data kept in the European Union. Code and invitation emails: Oracle Cloud, Paris. Electronic signature: the company’s own server, in Paris.
